My daughter and I went in their to get our nails done. I called ahead of time, they said they had 2 openings, no wait. We get there 5 minutes later, and waited 10-15 minutes for 2 people to take us. I was getting a gel manicure, my daughter wanted acrylics put on. The manager, Kevin, starts to help my daughter and about 10 minutes in, a lady comes in saying one of her nails fell off, and apparently Kevin is the only one who can do acrylics there, so he told my daughter to go sit somewhere else and wait, he was just fixing her nail. He spend 30 minutes with this girl and proceeded to fix 3 nails and repaint all of them. I asked several times if someone else could help my daughter but they said no, only Kevin. We left and within 2 days my nails were chipped and already fading, my daughter lost 3 nails. I spoke to Kevin, he said no problem, come in on Tuesday, they will take care of us. We walked in Tues but Kevin was not there. She grumbled about fixing my nails and instead of starting over she went over the chipped polish. Another guy took off all my daughter’s nails and said they couldn’t replace them without Kevin there. They said to come back tomorrow. I called today (which is tomorrow) and asked to speak to manager. One of my nails had already chipped from her fixing it yesterday!! She said he wasn’t in and will be in tomorrow. I asked for the owner’s name and they said they don’t know who the owner is. I said I didn’t want to chase Kevin down, I wanted our money back for my daughter’s nails. She hung up on me. I called back, she said call back tomorrow and hung up on me again. I called back again and she said, “I don’t have time to deal with you” I told her she is running a business and you don’t just hang up on your customers. I also noticed very unsanitary conditions.

Great place! Got my first pedicure today with my 8 year old daughter & we really enjoyed it. They treated us very nice. Place is clean & reasonably priced. We will definately be regulars here!

HORRIBLE! They quality of the Nails are so bad… not even a week later and they are falling off! They Nail polish ” GEL” if that’s what you want to call it totally chipped of by the time i got home! BEYOND OVER PRICED! My daughter and i had a mani& Pedi (MANi is the only GEL) done and they charged me $119 WTH??? Horrible never recommend EVER

This is my favorite nail salon of all the nail salons I have tried in Ventura county. Staff is friendly. Manicure last longer than other salons. Pedicure last even longer. I have been going there for over five years.
