I was skeptical when he started doing my nails because he was doing it so quickly but soon realized it was because he was just that good. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone. It was my 1st time at Goodlettsville Nails. Vivian took me as soon as I entered the door. She was so welcoming and has a warm spirit. I showed them the design that I wanted but because I was doing dip powder, I was told the marble design is done with acrylic and wouldn’t be able to get it…no problem. Long story short, not only did Vivian give me the perfect almond shape nails, she did the marble design too…I love it and scheduled my next appointment! You will not be disappointed with Goodlettsville Nails!

I had to wait to write this because I was pretty irate after the experience. It was early evening in early Dec. I walked in and was helped immediately by a friendly employee wearing a mask. She was coughing hard & repeatedly and within a few minutes admitted she was pretty sick and ‘felt warm’ Two other employees were coughing as well and she mentioned most of the staff was sick or had been recently. I asked for a mask for myself & stayed because she had already started my nails. I skipped the pedicure I was planning on, but I really needed a brow wax. Bad choice on my part, because it turned out to be a different employee, coughing the entire time and NOT wearing a mask while doing my brows & also having a face time call with a relative for the whole time. I would give the experience a 2 but my nails & brows were done well. However definitely NOT a healthy or professional environment. I had been sick with a flu myself about a week prior which is probably the ONLY reason I was not sick after.
