Horrible customer service at the 805 Pershing location, shop never open, hours listed on the door but don’t bother they’re never there. When they are open you’re lucky to see 3 barbers at one time and no one speaks to you when you walk through the door. Kids cuts $5 on Mondays? They are never there on Mondays, I was told to call the barber before I show up, then I was told I had to make an appointment. They are not organized and don’t care about their customers time. If I could give them a zero rating I would. Try to support local black businesses but don’t care if you don’t care to honor the hours that YOU created. Trust me, don’t waste your time. R U N!!!

Absolute worst service I’ve ever had at a barber shop. The terrible service was immediately followed by the worst haircut I’ve ever received. I asked for a basic high fade. The guy cutting my hair (I refuse to call this guy a barber), asked about what to do with the top. I said, “barely cut it, just enough to clean it up.” The man’s hands smelled like cigarette smoke and he spent an hour changing a series of poorly charged/sharpened clippers pulling hair and cutting into my skin. Then he decides he will totally disregard my request of a little off the top and gives me a Buzz Cut!! Literally the worst haircut I’ve EVER received. My haircut at basic training was more enjoyable. DO NOT GO HERE!! TRASH!!

Went to new location on McCain. Store was empty except for one barber at the rear of the shop. I walked all the way across the floor and he never looked up from texting. I stood there for a few minutes until asked to sit. During the haircut he stopped 3 more times to continue texting. Shop looks OK till you look closely. Everything cheaply made and barber stations were a mess

Y’all. I’m fresh af right now. Maybe it’s just me… nah, it’s not, these dude can cut. I have never been to a barber expecting just a hair cut and been given the results I got today. Never has such attention to detail been paid to, not only hair, but my facial hair too. 10/10 will be back. Thanks man.

Waited a total of 3 hours and didn’t recieve any service. I ended up walking out after multiple people that showed up after me got cut first. I’m sure they cut good, but lack in customer service. I’m a white dude, im guessing that’s why. But it’s all good, I’d recommend Skillz barbershop. They give fresh cuts and have excellent service.

I dont know the barbers name but he messed my sons haircut up. My son had cuts on his forehead and neck. His line up is horrible! I am really upset, I’ll never bring my son back here.
