Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityDon’t waste your time because the owner Isaac doesn’t keep his appointments… He has cancelled on my son’s appointment even though we booked days in advance!!!He also hiked up his haircuts by $5 without letting us know…. Last year ….During the pandemic Isaac wanted to cut hair at people’s houses privately but was charging $50 a head when I told him I live in Modesto he wanted to charge me an extra $5 more telling me that he has to bring his quote” special chair so it seems to me he was trying to capitalize on the situation at hand which is sad. My son has been comfortable with Isaac cutting his hair this whole time but at this point since Isaac has canceled appointments last minute and charging people higher price and what his sign says I think it’s ridiculous and I am happy to not use his Services any longer but wanted to spread the news.Don’t waste your time because the owner Isaac doesn’t keep his appointments… He has cancelled on my son’s appointment even though we booked days in advance!!! …More

After 4 years of cutting my hair at home to a size 1 I decided to grow it out and get it styled. I first went to a salon on Prescott and Standiford where they messed my hair up so bad that I went home and buzzed it off completely and started all over again. After another 2 months of growing my hair out I came here to Goodfellas and got my hair cut by Josh. He’s very good at cutting hair and really enjoys what he does. The shop has a really cool vibe displaying (you guessed it) posters and such from the movie “Goodfellas”. It would’ve been cool to watch movie also but I understand it’s not the best for kids. I did get a pretty good haircut so thanks for that. They have time for walk-ins but just in case call to see if an appointment would be better.
