I went to my first treatment and lost about 1 inch. Arie is great and her new employee. I really enjoyed talking to her through the process. She answers and explains everything. They are professional. Make sure to buy a package. I have the 6 treatment and I hope that is enough to get this stomach flat!!! I will post pictures after I see more results from the beginning and than at as it flattens more. If the heat is too much they can turn it down. The next day my stomach feels weird but does reflect my day. You can go have a normal day without pain or anything. I recommend for those that do not have a super huge tummy. Mine is big however I wear a size four in bottoms. Its just stubborn fat that does not go away. Also make sure you drink your water before any of these treatments .-Nikki
