Positive: Professionalism, QualityI had my first session with Maggie. She is awesome. Although the Groupon purchase doesn’t explain it only covers 20 minutes, that’s very misleading but Maggie worked with me so I decided to continue with my sessions and hope to see great results.So I’m revising my review. After having a 20 minute session with Maggie, I decided I will try the sessions. Maggie explained to me I would need to pay half of the agreed to 12 sessions upfront and then the additional balance would need to be paid in April. Maggie sent me her managers Kristen Fish, PayPal account number and I send the partial payment to Kristen. All of this took place on a Friday after 5 pm, keep in mind I was not given any documents and anything regarding a contract.I contacted Maggie early Monday morning to explain that I thought about everything over the weekend and that I didn’t really understand or agree with pricing. Maggie stated she would have have her manager to call me immediately and explain; that conversation was also on Monday ( Monday evening and keep in mind I still had not had an appointment for additional sessions).Since the manger decided not to return my call and I never heard back from Maggie, I requested my money back from Kristen via PayPal on Monday evening and I explained I was within cancellation policy timing; as I still did not have an appointment for my next session. Well, now it’s Wednesday and still have not heard from Kristen and I have nit received my money back.I feel they are very unprofessional in this matter and I still have not received my refund. I’m a mother of twins and the skin on my stomach was stretched to capacity since having a c- section and age. I started with a 37 inch waist and now at a 33! I am so excited about the end results!
