I tried it for the first time and these eye lashes felt like they were super glued to my lash line unlike real lash extensions. My eyes were very itchy and irritated for 3 days after. I was ready to go back the day after I got them done for removal but they were closed. When they finally opened I called to ask about lash removal and they don’t even offer that service. Who does lashes but doesn’t include lash removal? I should’ve known it was a scam. 35 $ for lash extensions? I knew it was too good to be true. The people are also very rude and unprofessional on top of the service of nails & lashes being bad . And constantly smells like cigarettes in there and not a nail salon. There’s one guy who smokes between every client he has and comes back in the salon while he’s still blowing smoke . That place is straight filthHorrible experience. Very unprofessional. I called they said they weren’t busy. I got there in 10 minutes 3 people were ahead of me. They don’t respect your time and it’s GHETTO! The owner argues with customers. I will not be back.

I had Jessica do an amazing job on my nails. The mood changing color was her idea cause i had picked plain ol’ white and added some rhinestones… i cannot stop looking at my nails. They’re absolutely beautiful.

I love Cindy, she does my nails all the time. And she is worth the wait but if i didn’t know better it looks like it was closing down. internal looks bad, could use some work on the customer service but they do a great job on your nails and are not overly expensive.

Had to change my review as recently they have gotten very sloppy and I don’t know what nail polish the are using as it causes my actual toe nail to break the prices always changes and Lee is very disrespectful I will not be going here anymore and do not recommend.

My third time going yesterday at 3:30 and it was horrible…I called on Thursday set up the appointment for that time and didn’t get my nails done at all after waiting for over 2 hours when I said I had a 3:30 with Cindy who had just did my lashes then told me to do my feet first …. she still took some one before me whom just walked in and I was there 2 hours already she was doing lashes as I was there and she told me they don’t take appointments and she won’t be able to do my nails but take some one else …there attitudes stinks … they do great work but there service is horrible no one should spend hours in a damn nail salon
