Critical: ProfessionalismAt around 10:30 am, my son called —, one of the barbers and asked if he had space for him to get his hair cut. — told him to come around 1:00pm. My son informed him that he had to go to work at 2:00pm. He asked how long will it take. The barber then replied that it takes about 20 mins. when we got there he had someone in the chair. 15 mins later he had someone else in the chair. It was my son turn next. He had two people ahead of him. Instead of the barber telling him to come on, he let someone else, sit down in his chair. He knew my son was waiting. It was 1:45. He didn’t say anything to my son. He didn’t apologize or say anything . My son got up and walked out. He had to go to work. Hey barbers, if you don’t have time to cut someone s hair , stop making appts so close. Just say you can’t do it and don’t lie to customers telling them they are next and let people get ahead of them. That’s so unprofessional.
