Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityExtremely disappointing experience as a new(ish) customer. Disorganized and unreliable with their appointments. My son was visiting from out of town. Called the day before to make an appointment and got text confirmation. 15 minutes before his appointment, the front desk called asking why we weren’t there yet. Re-checked the text message we were sent and we were right about the time, shop was wrong. Barber was then rude the entire time because he thought we were making him late. Haircut was fine.2nd try today as my son is here for the summer. Called to make an appointment yesterday. Got text confirmation. Showed up at his appointment on time and barber said, “Oh, I forgot I talked to you yesterday about the appointment. Sorry, I’m all booked today. You’ll have to come tomorrow”.
