My wife and I got incredible deep-tissue massages yesterday. The owners were very skilled and did a thorough job. Our massages were for 70 minutes and when they were finished, we both just wanted to lie there and sleep. We will definitely be back!

If I could give less than one star, I definitely would. I politely asked the masseuse to apply easy pressure, but she did anything but that. The masseuse conversed with our fellow employees in Mandarin about the customers. Here is a wake up call, some customers may be fluent in Mandarin (currently studying Cantonese). I do not recommend this place.

Went out if my way today to go to this place because I am having foot issues. Walked in and there was only one person there. He told me he couldn’t help me because he was on hold with social security. Unbelievable.

Critical: ProfessionalismI just had a massage there for $80. As I paid on my card, I gave the woman a $20 bill and asked for $10 back since they only take tips in cash. The woman held my money and told me that $20 was 20% of my bill— which it is not, and that people usually give her $20. I explained to her that a tip doesn’t work that way and additionally her math is wrong. Finally, after way too much back forth, she gave me change for the $20. I told her I was giving her $10 but fine I’ll take it back. The woman proceeds to walk around from behind the desk and attempt to stop me. She even reached toward my purse as she said she would then accept the $10. Suddenly it’s good enough. At this point I’m agitated and sternly advised her that I am not obligated to tip whatsoever, however I was going to anyway— but since $10 was not enough and she felt entitled to the amount SHE preferred I would not be tipping anything. For the purposes of this review, I am a Black woman and I have heavy doubt that she would have had the same audacity if I was another race. The sheer audacity. I used to frequent this place but this was so off putting and offensive. Suffice it to say, I will never return and they have lost a customer. I will make every effort give my money to members of own my community from here on. Absolutely unacceptable.I just had a massage there for $80.
