Dads Rule
Every time I have came in it’s been a DEEP TISSUE massage. It’s what I am looking for, but I’m sure they would accommodate if you communicate you want less pressure. My latest massage was intense but got out multiple knots that have been plaguing me. In regard to tipping, this is a person spending a solid 30-45 min providing direct attention to you as a customer. I don’t understand how that doesn’t deserve a decent tip. Your server at a restaurant spends 5 minutes with you and most people don’t even worry about spending way more.

I used to go here a lot until they started scamming me …… i would ask for 20 min and they would give me 30 min and say they heard me wrong……. this happened twice so I was hoping it was a misunderstanding but not the second time. Also prices have been hiked super high and they ask for a tip. It’s rude. If you use credit card , they shame you because they want cash. It’s all a scam. Make sure you time your sessions on your phone or watch with gentle beep to help you know when time is up. What a shame to hustle that way……y’all should be ashamed of yourself. Reporting them to the BBB because this is not how to treat people trying to relax and heal. Also I have let my community know not to trust this place any longer. How about some honesty? The pretending not to speak english is also a huge scam….. just WOW. It wasn’t like this a few years back…

I liked to go because I don’t have to make an appointment, but the last time the service was terrible, the woman who attended me was more aware of what the others were doing and didn’t stop talking! She then asked me to pay in cash when she saw bills in my wallet, it was very uncomfortable.

Got a full body 30 minute message. Already went in hurting, but some of the spots where the masseuse put full body elbow pressure into my back was almost to the point I tapped out. Improved on some of my sore spots, but a little too rough.

The most horrible experience ever. The guy hurt me so bad he separated my muscle from my spine. As a result I have a sprain along my spine from the massage. I can’t walk or stand and I can’t function. They don’t know what they are doing. I’ve been in the ER ever since the massage. Because they press on the spine and some spines are very fragile. You’re not supposed to press on the spine. I don’t think they are trained properly. I wonder how they even got their license or even if they have one. They know nothing about the muscles and spines. Owners need to take more responsibility and make sure their technicians are not hurting people.

The massage was good and the space is clean. The problem is that we were forced to pay a higher tip than what we wanted to. When she told us the total she asked how much for the tip and we told her how much. She said multiple times that she wanted a larger tip. Tipping is weird to me as it is because if I’m paying for a service why should I have to pay extra on top of that? If you think the cost of your service is more, then list it as that. Expecting and forcing customers to pay you a tip is ridiculous. Will not go back just due to that reason.

Many times I’ve walked in here with a headache and walked out without one. I have a regular masseuse but he’s often two weeks out. I can’t schedule my headaches but I can pop in here anytime I need and get a quick fix. Most of these folks here are fun and friendly and compassionate. I have some of the tightest neck and shoulder muscles anybody’s ever seen and yet they almost always are able to work through that. And every time my sister comes to town this is where she wants to go to get a foot massage. It’s one of the few moments in our hectic lives that we can just totally relax and enjoy being pampered. BTW It doesn’t hurt to know a few words of Chinese

Positive: Professionalism, QualityI visit Good Hand every week for a foot massage (and the occasional chair massage). it is very clean and everyone is very nice and responsive. I don’t see any one specific person, but overall, the foot massages I do receive are fantastic. Highly recommend.

Just a heads up if your gratuity does not suffice they will require a bigger tip…. Literally erase your tip an require more.. nit even joking. A tip us a gratuity not a requirement, if it’s a requirement then add it to the price. And rude, so rude.
