The atmosphere and experience was amazing from walking in the door till I walked out. I’ve been waiting on the salon to open for months just so I could say I got my 1st professional curly cut at The Good Hair Bar. Gwen and her team were extremely professional. My Hair Guru, Gerald, was excited to get his hands in my hair and he definitely had his work cut out for him with my head full of hair, but he did amazing work. My wash n go turned out wonderfully!

Walked into an aroma of pure bliss. Aesthetically pleasing on so many leveled. Designed beautifully, clean and so very comforting and cozy. Loved giving a black owned business all the love and my precious dollars. If being honest, as much as I enjoyed Sharron, my daughters stylist there were a number of little issues. Infused water listed the menu was not ready or available, coffee was available but they were out of cream. Sharron was amazing. kind and gentle with my little one, but despite this, the “silky press” was no bueno. The final result hair was puffy and dry (looking). For such an astronomical cost, I was completely dissatisfied with the hair outcome. $170 lighter and my daughters hairs was puffy, and lacked any real style.

I attended the Grand Opening. I was very impressed with the decor I watched customers getting various services and everyone seem happy with their results. Top shelf Service all the way. The entrance has a wall waterfall. The entire staff displays good customer service. I am going to love it here. Can’t wait until my appointment.

I enjoyed the clean professional atmosphere. Gerald and Char were nice and professional. I enjoyed Gerald’s advice , and knowledge. Unfortunately, I was charged $65 for a lady’s haircut however, if I would have been a man, my charge would’ve been $45. This is called sexiest pricing. I can understand if my hair was long and flowing, but my style is short and could be classified as a man’s.

As a man and being younger. I never thought I need a manicure or pedicure let alone my eye brows. The women inside assured me I would look stunning with it all done. And I was grinning ear to ear after my look was complete. This place isn’t just for women. It’s for all different types of men as well. Customer service is also FIRE.
