Due to my profession I have a lot of tension and muscle tightness. I have been trying several therapists over the past few years since I stopped going to the chiropractor massage therapist. I have had no luck. Some times I came across therapist that just weren’t strong enough or maybe didn’t care enough. Some did relaxation massages which aren’t for me. Some just rubbed me down for 90 min and when I left I felt they just took my money. Today I went to “Good Habbot” and Samantha did my massage. I can say she did an amazing job and I think I finally found my therapist. When she was doing my massage it felt painful but good. She hit every spot I have had the most pain with just a little explaining at the beginning. It was like she has dealt with a hundred people like me before. When she was finished she told me to take my time getting up. And for the first time in years I actually had to take a few moments. When I stood up I felt sore and weak. I had to stretch a little but it was a good sore. It made me feel like I was 17 again after a hard lacrosse practice. Regardless she did a awesome job and was soo down to earth. I’ve been to some places where I went in and they ask me what I’m doing there in a negative way. Or are very stand offish with me. Sam was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Good Habbot.

The only place I will go to have my muscles worked on! I have so much muscle tightness from sports and weight lifting and Heather always fixes me. I would recommend to anyone who is experiencing pain and needs muscle release and realignment. There are also other massage therapists who do relaxation massages. Love this place!
