It was a great hard massage, after I told her harder. Used her feet on my back and legs, massaged my entire body except my private area and gave. Asked if I was ok a couple times. She was nice until she wanted a tip- I said $5 dollars she demanded $20. I gave her $10 and she was not happy. The “owner” charges $5 for using a credit card. If you want a $20 tip charge $80 not $60 (for one hour)

Positive: QualityI have been going there regularly after I have a pedicure a couple of doors down for 3 years now. I have always had a great experience. The ladies that work here are not great at speaking English clearly but if you are patient you can figure out what they are trying to say. They do like to be tipped because that’s how they make their living. Give them a chance and you will be satisfied. They make you pay before you even get a massage. I was very uncomfortable the entire time, they do not speak English hardly at all which is sometimes ok but it makes it quite awkward. At the end, I gave her a $5 tip because I was uncomfortable with the massage and I really felt like she could tell and kept asking if I was ok. She said, “a good massage gets $10 tips.” She came across incredibly rude so I said thank you and walked out. I will not come back here.

This place is a joke! 100 dollars for 90 minute massage and the therapist never turned me face up! When I asked why, she said they don’t turn women face up to do face, neck, front of arms, neck, legs or feet! Nope, don’t go.

I went to Healing Hands simply because I wanted to try it out. I was greeted with professionalism and hospitality. The person who helped me also gave my massage and it was WONDERFUL !!! I was so relaxed, and received the best massage. I was even treated to a short stone massage to see if I liked it.

This was the most horrible massage experience ever!!! I, like everyone else apparently, paid for my massage first. Uh, ok. Odd, but ok. I paid for a 90′ massage. I asked for a hot stone massage. She just clearly did not know how to do a hot stone massage. It was so uncomfortable that I asked her to stop and just use her hands. When I went to make a little small talk, she yelled at me. She said, “you want to talk, talk” and stood back and looked at me. I was so taken aback, I just said ok, and put my head back down. Her body language was so rude, as if I was being mean to her and she was insulted. I couldn’t relax after that. She never massaged my neck and shoulders well and there were so many repetitive back strokes that it actually started to hurt. My massage was 65′, not 90′. When I was done, she asked me if I wanted water. I thought, “sure, at least I’ll have water”. She brought me the smallest dixie cup of water I think I’ve ever seen. I thought, “why bother”! When I looked at the clock and noted the time, I told her, “Btw, you only gave my 65′”. She tried to convince me that I was there earlier than was even possible for me to get there. I said no, that’s not right. I wasn’t going to leave a tip. I felt like she could just use the money that she charged me for my massage that she didn’t give me, for her “tip”. She started yelling at me and slammed the door after me. I have never had someone so rude provide a service that is supposed to be relaxing. There was zero caring touch in her massage. AND, the massage sucked. I need a massage so bad. My back was so sore. I was so disappointed. Do Not waste your time. This was absoluting not relaxing, therapeutic, or worth it in any way!!!!!!!

I’m a big guy /w knots in my back from a crash twenty years ago. My therapist was about half my size and didn’t speak english, but she knew the latin names for the muscles I have trouble with and she did some real magic with her elbow. I haven’t felt so good in years.

Critical: CommunicationIt would be nice if your employees would actually speak the language. I literally just called and get information, but the idiot on the phone thought it was funny and hung up. Seriously that’s pathetic!!!
