If I could give a zero I would. Had to call several times to get a hold of her. Went for first treatment, made appointment for next and when I showed up, the office was closed and she hasn’t returned my calls since. Told me you do two treatments a week. Well, I had only one. Already losing my money’s worth and I am not happy!

We purchased this on Groupon. The merchant redeemed the Groupon at our consultation on Saturday (April 10th). The service was for 4 i-Lipo Treatments, the first of which the merchant scheduled for the following Wednesday (April 14th at 11:00 am). We received a call from the merchant that morning and the merchant asked if we could come a half an hour later. So, we arrived 10 minutes earlier (at 11:20) and waited an for over an hour, next to the front door. We called the merchant, numerous times, and after not seeing or hearing back from the merchant we left. I’ve called the merchant 4 or 5 times in the last couple of weeks and left voice messages, but she has not responded or yet explained why she did not meet us on the 14th. We have contacted the Massachusetts Attorney General about this business.

If I could give her 0 stars I would. Not only was It difficult to make an appointment with her, when I actually did make the appointment she wasn’t even there. I text and called her and never got a response. I drove a whole hour for the appointment too. Definitely don’t recommend her.
