Critical: ProfessionalismThe lady who is right next to the owner, is very unprofessional and did a horrible job on my hair. Before she got started on my hair, I asked her how much she was going to charge me. She first stated is was going to be $120, during the process of dying my hair she went up on the price 3, and I ended up paying $200 , which she did not even bother blow drying my hair, and did not finished combing my hair. Not even after she asked if I wanted to go home like that, which of course I told her NO! My hair was soaking wet and was tangled and she gave me one of their combs to brush my hair on the way. The lady who is right next to the owner, is very unprofessional and did a horrible job on my hair. Before she got started on my hair, I asked her how much she was going to charge me. The young lady that cut my hair was really nice and did an awesome job. I will be returning to cut my hair with her and would recommend anyone who needs a haircut to go there everyone is really nice.

I was a late night customer for a full color, cut, and eye brow. Yola was amazing with it all. She promptly helped me and did exactly what I needed and wanted. She was very friendly! Prices were very reasonable, no where else have I seen these services priced so low. So I give this place 7 stars if I could and I will be going there regularly!!! Thank you Yola!!!!

Entered salon where the only person working there didn’t greet or acknowledge me after I said hello. After waiting for someone to come out a woman walked slowly from the back (no smile, no greeting) and looked at me. I asked about cut and foiling. She snubbed me when I told her that I didn’t want color, only cut and foiling highlights. She told me the price was $140. She looked at me with disdain during the entire conversation. I told her thank you, she reached for a card without any words and handed it to me. I said thank you, she said uh huh. Don’t go there.

Has excellent customer service and I was happy with my cut and color. The only downside is they only accept cash, but doesn’t really seem to be an issue for others, as they are usually packed on weekends. I will definitely go back to see Linda.
