The space was really nice. I got the milk and honey pedicure and it was good. I enjoyed the pedicure. I got a gel manicure, and the pedicure to spend $175 + $40 tip and honestly don’t love my nails. They’re a little chunky and they have bubbles ☹️. My toes have a lip on some of them , and I don’t really like the design. Our apt was at 12:30 and we left at 4:40!!! Part of that time was because my friends nails were so bad the manager had to redo them. Everyone was really nice and the environment was good, but the quality and consistency among techs was def lacking. I can’t justify spending so much and not loving my final product.

Consistently a wonderful experience at Goldust. The staff and owners are so friendly and welcoming and VERY hardworking! The services are top tier. My manicure and pedicure came out very clean and neat. I received the Milk & Honey Pedicure and it is the most relaxing pedicure I’ve ever received. I came with a party of 6 last month with family from out of town and they are STILL raving about their pedicure experience. And being that it had been a month since my last pedicure at Goldust, my toes STILL looked great a month later. Can’t wait until it’s time to go back. Will definitely be telling more friends and family.

The place is gorgeous. My daughter and I were walkins on what seemed like a super busy day. We signed in and maybe waited 5-10min. It was so beautiful and we were busy trying to see what nail polish we both wanted that I didn’t really notice the wait. We called back what I could describe as promptly after he checked on to make sure we had been helped. The water was warm and we had to wait for techs to get done to help us but again that’s to be expected as walkins. We were asked several times if we were comfortable and were provided refreshments while we waited. Everyone we encountered was very nice and pleasant. The pedicure was worth the value completely. My daughters tech was Jade and mine was William. Both were very good at their work and very nice. I am super pleased with my splurge to enjoy my time with my daughter and Goldust nail lounge helped with that immensely.

I was really excited to try this place but I am so disappointed in the service I received. First the woman doing my pedicure continuously asked “do you like it? Say thank you” before she even finished the service. Mind you I’m trying to relax. Then she messed up the gel polish on my toes and said it was the best she could do. She then refused to do my acrylics stating she doesn’t do that kind. I then waited 25 mins for a new nail tech. Who then proceeded to be so rough I kept having to pull back. She cut me with the drill and kept saying how terrible my nails were from a previous salon. She refused to paint my nails match the acrylic from before(this was fill). At this point I just wanted to leave. She then did one single coat of gel and moved on to another customer. This place was very overpriced for this level of skill and customer service. The receptionist was amazing and the best part of my experience though.

Serenity did doing good job and very beautiful on my toe nails and Victoria did fingernails, she very gently softly massaging! They communicate with me talk slowly and use texts with phone and very friendly! They know I m deaf, I like that and very appreciate with both lady! I gave both girl best tips! $50! I will do again with same lady my next appointment ♥️

The service was great from the receptionist to the nail techs, very friendly and clean. Tracy and Ryan took very good care of me, I originally went in for gel mani and pedi and Tracy convinced me to try dip + extension (have a habit of biting my nails/cuticles) and I tried dip before at another place and didn’t love it, but they completely changed my mind! This will definitely be my go to place for now on ❤️

Big s/o to the receptionist for taking note of my facial expressions after I received my pedicure. As I went to pay, she asked if I honestly liked it, as she had seen that my face showed otherwise. She was so kind to point me to Serenity who ended up redoing my entire pedicure to my liking. I have never received such great customer service at a nail salon before. They understood that customer satisfaction is #1. I’m so thankful for Serenity taking the time out of her schedule to redo my toes. She is a gem. ❤️

Sam did a beautiful job on my nail dip. I wanted natural and thin and they are perfect. Destiny gave me a detox facial and was simply amazing. My skin feels so nice and looks so good. If you’ve never had a facial, or it’s been too long, Destiny is the person you need to see. She’s calm, relaxed and explains things very well.
