Cole’s has potential but is a lazy artist and he doesn’t pay attention to detail. Had a few tattoos (as a gift) and then had to go to a better artist to redo and finish them properly. He’s a small town artist and needs to go to shows and competitions to upgrade his craft. For the price there are better.Miles Tattoos
