It was a pleasure meeting Elvira and she even has a comfortable waiting area that we used while we waited for the results. Massage chairs, TV, and blankets. The environment of the spa is just right. We did have a hiccup with the payment double charging my account but Elvira offered a complimentary facial for the inconvenience and offered all her help with fixing the double charge. She gave me the mirror to discuss my facial structure. And we decided to do my cheeks and temple area. The PDO dissolvable threads instantly provided a lift!
