I highly recommend going to Nina. She is extremely knowledgeable in what she does. She caters the experience to exactly what you need and there is not one knot she doesn’t find and spend the time to work on. This is by far the best massage therapist I have ever seen, which is why I drive an hour and a half every month just to get a massage from Nina. More than that, it is obvious she deeply cares about what she does and the clients she cares for.

Nina has the most amazing hands!!! The atmosphere she has created is not only relaxing and inviting, but it also provides a safe place to release any anxieties you may be experiencing. She not only explained what she was doing but also why and what to do to maintain good body health. For my first ever massage she really gave me a memorable experience. I am sure Nina provides wonderful massages, unfortunately she was slow to or simply never responded to my emails regarding a groupon I had bought for a massage, so I never received one. In fear that I would not be able to get a massage before my Groupon expired, I exchanged it. The issues I had may not be a problem if you are not in a time crunch to receive a massage. I’m hoping her lack of response was due to an influx of clients from her Groupon deal and that in the future she responds quicker to potential clients’ emails and messages.

Canceled without notification. Left work early to arrive on time for appointment scheduled a month prior. Sat in waiting area for over 90 minutes. Massage Therapist was a no show, waste of my time and money. Getting refund of multiple purchased Groupons!

I bought a massage with this therapist on LivingSocial. Left a message, waited 48 hours, no call back. Called again left a second message, no call back. Contacted Living Social and they said to give her 72 hours. I gave her 2 more days… Nothing. LivingSocial returned my $ and the following day, she finally calls me back. Too late! She is not only massage therapist in town. Don’t waste your time.

To all my clients I would like to Thank you for your continued support. I dnt normally tell my personal business but I feel I need to explain myself since a person has complained about me returning her call.With that being said. I returned all phone calls within 24 to 48 hours.however last week my son was assaulted and robbed in his home in Greensboro Friday. I had to shut my business down and tend to my Family emergency. This is why phone calls that came in Friday and Saturday were not returned until Tuesday. I am the only massage Therapist therefore Calls are returned in between sessions and at the end of the business day IF TIME PERMITS. This is the reason that Golden Touch Massage went to online booking. I have noticed that A few people do not want to use the online app because they do not want to submit their credit/ debit card information. This is perfectly fine but you can not schedule an appointment without doing so. If you choose to call me directly and I schedule your appoitment you still have to submit a debit/ credit card. I have had way too many no call no shows which online scheduling has helped with tremendously.
