I drive from Bridgeport just to go to this particular tanner! Pam and the rest of the ladies are wonderful and make you feel very welcomed! The ladie behind the counter was so helpful and very pleasant to talk with. She gave me a lot of attention and instruction. I was given a discount and that was very appreciated even though i believe they are very reasonable for a monthly membership to tan there. Overall i had a great experience at this salon. I really enjoy tanning here. I burn easy and the lady who helped pick out my plan was nice enough to explain what level all the beds were and how long I should go so I wouldn’t fry. Everyone is really nice when I go in. The first time you tan there is free so it welcomes trying it out first without getting over charged for a one time tan like most places do. I’m only in Bay City part of the week. I do 2 days of tanning here and 4 days up north. I get more color here 2 days a week than I do up north. They keep up on changing the bulbs or buying the good ones…I don’t know which but if I was able I would tan here full time I would.

Just went to see Jessica Dawe for my hair and make up trial for my wedding! I am super impressed and cannot wait for my wedding day hair and make up! She did an awesome job matching the colors to my natural looks and preferences and she was able to match the hairstyle look I wanted for my wedding day! Very impressed! Critical: ProfessionalismI had made an appointment a month ahead for a full set by Jordan with the online booking and she canceled my first appointment because she was overbooked and then scheduled me in the AM two days later and I sat there for over an hour trying to get ahold of her as were some coworkers. After about 2 hours after my appointment she canceled on me while I was sitting in the salon waiting for her to show up. She canceled on me twice and did nothing but said it was her fault and she rather me be upset then other costumers. I had made an appointment a month ahead for a full set by Jordan with the online booking and she canceled my first appointment because she was overbooked and then scheduled me in the AM two days later and I sat there for over an hour trying to get ahold of her as were some coworkers.
