This was 4th service here and I thought it was good…. My Pedicure was good, but when I got my nails soaked off for SNS, my nails are naturally long and when finish getting all the old product off. This is what I was left with, I don’t know if she could tell the difference for my natural nails versus the product or what but I couldn’t believe that she was just falling my nails off. I couldn’t even finish the service because I was so upset with how my nails look I just walked out.

Horrible.. nails look awful not at all what I wanted and when I expressed that to the nail tech she rudely replied “well, this is what we have.” Didn’t offer to fix them or anything! I want my money back honestly I’ve never been so disappointed or had nails turn out this bad that I absolutely hated. She didn’t even take her time and they’re very messy as well. Waste of $55. Do not recommend going here. My nails aren’t even the right shape that I asked for I had to come home re file and put a different color over top of them just so they wouldn’t look so bad

I guess it really just depends on their mood the kind of nails you’ll get. I’ve had really good sns from them and okay sets…. today’s were just bad.. and of course I encouraged a coworker to go with me… $55+ dollars wasted because they’re so bad I’m going to have to go somewhere else tomorrow and get them redone. And had to apologize to my friend for wasting her hard earned money too…

I was looking for a place nearby to get a pedicure. I read some reviews and did my research and found this establishment. The employees were very friendly and really nice. The place was very clean and it had a grade of 100% from the health board. I opted to get the sugar scrub pedicure with a French tip which was $35. I enjoyed the pedicure thoroughly I only wish the French tip was a little more accurate and that the tip was darker in some areas. After I left and really examined the job when I got home I noticed several flaws. I would definitely recommend them, I just would not do a French tip next time. The massage chair was great and the ambience of the establishment was on point. Overall, great experience. I only took one star due to the lack of precision with the French tip.

Had my nails done here, 3 weeks ago and they still look good! Very unique in how they do their mannie and peddie. The spa chairs have you thinking a real people is giving you a massage, omg! This was my second time coming here. And the first time the were rushing to pick out a color. I overlooked that. This time I went the man and the ladies are so rude and unprofessional. They talk about all the customers and keep looking at their phones while providing customers poor service. I asked for hot pink on my nails and toes. The gel on my hands are hot pink but the nail polish for my toes were reddish orange. Then the man and lady had the nerve to get mad when I told them I wanted it off my toes because that’s not the right color. So the lady took her time finishing up to come back and when she came over she tried to just put extra coats on top. WTH! I told her no take off. So then she changed to the polish that was in the box with the gel polish after I told her to. I was in there way longer than I should’ve been. I do not recommend going here to anyone. Very unprofessional and rude! Zero stars!

I came here to get my nails done & was very disappointed! Due to the fact, I paid $60, for medium length Acrylic nails, that cracked & also Harshly damaged my real nails, within the same week. I went back to show & let him know as well, I reminded him that I paid that unmatched amount of money for the nails & experience that was given to me . The same day I went back , the Man which is the only male that works there , he only fixed one of my nails when it was appeared that it was more than One that needed to be fixed . I didn’t make problem out of that , I appreciated he fixed it because at the time it was the first nail that made my real nail split almost in half . Wednesday, April 6! made it the second week of having the nails & days before that I was dealing with more than one of my real nails severely damaged. So today on Thursday, April 7th. I had no other choice to go there & get them taken off. & to let him know problem he made . During the process I reacted in pain because of the damage that was there and the lady that was taking them off laughed & then she spoke and her & the man laughed together. I told her it wasn’t funny ! & that it really hurt I was treated poorly ! They expected me to pay $15 I disagreed that it was not fair & I offered to pay $10 . The man did not want to accept that and I refused his offer ! After getting fully disrespectful he called me a ( B!TCH) !!& he Yelled get out ! & to never come back . I left in disbelief! I’ve never been in a place that was so unwelcoming, rude & disrespectful. What a very disturbing & awful experience!

I absolutely love this place! Ever since I have found it, I have never been anywhere else. Their pedicures are amazing, they all are very professional and know what they are doing. And are very efficient with their time. The nails come out beautiful and they treat you with respect. There is also a lady who rents a room and does haircuts and styles. She is amazing as well! I will never use anywhere else for anything I need as far as a beauty salon or Spa.
