I was not pleased with the visit to get mine and my friends nails done. Felt very rushed took pictures of what I wanted done and was told the design couldn’t be done except for the snowflakes. When the snowflake were put on gaps were left around them and gaps around the nails. Gentlemen was very rough with squeezing when painting and shaping the nails. Staffing was not very friendly at all and prices are very high for very poor done work. Will not be returning to this place. $110 for a basic manicure and a full acrylic set definitely was not worth the trip.

My experience was horrible. Imagine to tell a customer to leave like this simply because I humbly asked the lady with the name of Dianna to not cut my natural nails. I didn’t yell at her or use any other bad way to talk to her.. But she immediately stood up and decided not to do my nails. And they told me to go and get them done somewhere else.

Critical: QualityHad a gel manicure done on Saturday 9/11. Monday one nail was starting to peel. Today 9/15, another nail peeled and I had to take all the nail polish off. It came off so easy, gel is supposed to be hard to take off and last at least 2 weeks. I will never go there again.Service: Gel manicures

Critical: QualityI came in and was completely rushed as I originally wanted and pedi and refill but was told not enough time, and then they decide they would do both. The man did not even know how to take gel polish off my toes it took him 20 minutes to just do that. Then for my refill it took him no longer than 30 minutes and now two days later two nails have already popped off. I came in and was completely rushed as I originally wanted and pedi and refill but was told not enough time, and then they decide they would do both. The man did not even know how to take gel polish off my toes it took him 20 minutes to just do that. Then for my refill it took him no longer than 30 minutes and now two days later two nails have already popped off. I paid $80 and tipped generously…. do not recommend

This place is horrible. I went to do my nails refill and the lady with the name of Dianna removed some parts of the nail s to get them ready to refill and she was entering into my natural nails kind of cutting them too. I told her humbly to please not do it and that lady immediately stood up and decided not to do for me. The salon told me to go with those half nails and get them done somewhere else. I was just shocked and surprised. According to that the other lady from them that I didn’t have a chance to know the name came to me and lied to me that the manager was in Nail division that I can go there and talk to her. But arriving there she wasn’t there and that was a different salon. I didn’t know what to do and I left with half nails. I wish I was able to give them zero

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went here because I had to! My salon was booked and I needed my nails done asap. Big mistake. Place is DIRTY. Stay away! I am very observant and they do NOT sanitize their tools from the previous client or sanitize the chairs! The station i was sat at originally had all their food drinks and snacks out in the open! They were so busy that she drilled off my nails and left me like that for a bit! I asked for coffin nails and she said “i’ll try” and made it seem like a hassle that she had to do my nails and said it was “hard”. I asked for a refill and to fix two broken nails along with cats eye and that alone costed me 55$. I asked her to leave my natural nail alone and just put a tip on and just take off the acrylic from the broken nails and she didn’t listen. What a rip off. She was also rough with my nails and hurt me multiple times. There’s plenty of quality nail salons in the valley and this one is not one of them!Service: Acrylic nailsI went here because I had to! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBlE…. went for pedicures with my best friend, which we haven’t hung out in a while. Pedicures are supposed to be a relaxing/nice experience. Instead, we had a gentleman tell us that there are fish that we can get to clean our feet. & They also asked if we do our own pedicures at home, insinuating that we are not up keeping our personal hygiene when the purpose of a pedicure is to get that done. They cut our feet to the point that we were burning for the entire experience. I’m hoping that I don’t get an infection, because I also noticed how they clean their tools. They just spray it with some alcohol, and throw it back into the basket. They don’t wipe the tools down or soak them. They just spray them, and carry on. Not to mention, they were talking about us the entire time in their language while POINTING to my friend and I. I haven’t felt this disrespected in a while. I will not be returning, and I highly recommend that no one does!!!! It was $60.00 for a pedicure that I absolutely hated, which is also an expensive price for a pedicure. NO STARS

She turned us away and said she could not do it with no legitimate explanation… she told me to leave her nails messed up because they will mess up again anyway……….
