Don’t go here. I repeat: DON’T GO HERE. My mother went there today and although she received a good massage, she was highly disrespected afterwards. Unprofessionally, a worker said, “Tips?! Tips?!”. As we all know, tips are NOT mandatory. Plus, my mom had already paid for the massage. She came unprepared and only had 3 dollars in cash, so she tried to give her it and the worker didn’t accept it. She nodded her head no and said she deserves 10 dollars as a tip. The worker should know better. She was incredibly rude towards my mother when she was nothing but kind and respectful. My mom said she will never go there again and she does not recommend it; she will be going to spas that don’t pressure her to give tips.

The first time I received service here it was great, however the second time was not so great. One masseuse was sure to tell me about 5 times that she would be massaging me instead of my boyfriend. The massage started off well and mid way into the massage, both masseuse held a lengthy conversation with the receptionist as she stood with the door opened to our massage room. After the massage was over we were heading out and the receptionist asked us did we leave a tip. We did, however it’s not mandatory to leave a tip, it’s standard. She asked the question twice stopping us at the door. This establishment is unprofessional, I won’t be returning again!

I went in for a 90 mins massage. After paying for my massage. I asked the woman at the desk about the tip option. Remind you. A tip It not mandatory because I showed up to your establishment. However I always tip! She told me after. I was thinking I didn’t want my card read again. However I remembered I had cash in the car. After my service. Which I actually enjoyed. The masseuse then told me she needed my card for a tip! I told her I had cash in my car. She then asked for my card again. I told her I was going to my car. I place my cell phone on the counter and begin to walk out. She said she was coming too! We went to my car. I only had like 9-12 dollars in ones. She then counted the money in front of me, then told me it wasn’t enough . Told me I was supposed to give her 20 dollars for 90 mins.

Ive been going for awhile now. I always go the Hellen but Cindy has also massaged me. Both GREAT! You do hear talk outside your rooms sometimes, which is not good seeing that Im there to relax.
