I went to this nail salon to get acrylic gel tips and a regular pedicure. I think the pedicure came out great and the gentleman who took care of my feet was very gentle and precise with his work. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with my acrylic nails. I showed a reference picture of what I wanted and it was slightly similar in design but the execution was poor. The technician cut my skin on one of my fingers (over and over), the green gel polish took four coats to show even color, and I don’t think the French manicure style I wanted was achieved. I’ve been here on other occasions in the past and it seems like things have changed based off other reviews. I am upset with the results, especially since I’ll be internationally traveling for a wedding. $93 in total (including tax, not tip) for the acrylic gel tips and a regular pedicure is just unfair.

I’ve been to this salon several times in the past and the outcome was just ok. Their saving grace was that a particular technician was nice, so I always went to her for her personality. I would also like to note that I am a generous tipper. However recently I experienced some of the most unprofessional service I think I’ve ever received from a salon. They completely overlooked me to take care of 3 customers that walked in after me, and we were all getting the same service. I’m led to believe it was because they didn’t [look] like me… There was an employee there that could’ve started my soaking process but chose not to and instead sat on the couch on her phone but jumped to assist another woman that walked in after me… I was very offended and I had been waiting a long time period overall. After 30 mins of waiting, I finally start the soaking process (which was another 30 mins), only to have the tech take yet ANOTHER woman before me. My frustration was obvious and another customer there agreed that the treatment wasn’t fair. I then said something to the owner and her excuse was irrelevant and poor… I literally only went to get my nails removed. I was there almost 2 hrs when it was all said and done! She buffed my nails with the tool way too much. Nail beds are very unsightly now and feel raw and painful. I will never go there again.

Well I had my big toe cut and it really bled They stopped the bleeding My toe bled for a few days and I I was worried about infection Now Several wks later the throbbing stopped The salon never offered compensation How about not charging for the pedicure

They do a good job on nails but they can be so rude and it doesn’t matter if you make an appointment they will still make you wait. I’ve been going here for awhile and they seem to just disregard me and never have any room for appointments. I will be going somewhere else Pedicure, Manicure

I have been coming to this nail solan for years and have never been so disappointed not only did I stay in the nail solan for about 2 hours I also got horrible service the lady was rushed and when I asked her can she fix a small detail she gave me an attitude about fixing it… when I was finally finished and their card reader wasn’t working and she rushed me out. As if she was going finish filling out my receipt… I will be looking for a new nail solan and I will never recommend this place

They do a good job with the nails. But they give you attitude if you don’t tip enough and they don’t say thank you for the tip you do give!!! I didn’t have cash for a tip and came back with three dollars and I didn’t even get an acknowledgement of thanks. Pedicure, Manicure

At 4 pm, I stopped in and I made an appointment for 530 pm. Walked here to find people waiting and was told I had to wait. Why take an appointment if you can’t keep it? I know it’s not uncommon, but it’s aggravating.

Absolutely love getting my nails done here. The salon is very clean. The technicians know their stuff and are very attentive to their clients needs. The best pampering I’ve ever received. Always leave feeling relaxed and pampered.

Very unfriendly and slow service. But the worst part is that they are greedy and can get nasty if you give them a small tip for poor service. I don’t usually go there for the reasons mentioned above but went there today because didn’t have the time to drive to my regular salon in derby and what a mistake that was! Everyone was rude and unwelcoming. I waited 30 min just to get seated to get my nails done. The girl who did my pedicure did a below average job and her face turned sour when I gave her only 3 dollars tip. When I was drying my nails, the other tech was demanding a cash tip instead of a credit card tip from another customer! Totally unacceptable and unprofessional! For the service they provide they should be happy they have customers without extorting cash only tips!
