Spoke with a girl on the phone who was very polite and helpful, then when I got there the girl wasn’t and I actually left, but then decided I had came all over the way there and so I tanned anyways. The tanning bed was good, the place felt small and older.

I would give it 0 stars if possible. We signed acontract in May – to end in October. At NO TIME were we told or was it pointed out to us that after the contract ended, it would AUTOMATICALLY be rolled into an ongoing monthly charge that we had to physically cancel in writing….. I was looking at my bank account today, and noticed NOVEMBER charges from Golden Palm tanning . so I called them. I told them my contract ended in October and asked them to please reverse the charges. I was promptly advised that once the charges had been submitted, there would be no reversal, and it was my fault because I didn’t PHYSICALLY come into the store to cancel in writing a contract I assumed ran out in OCTOBER. So, now I have been charged almost $200 in what I deem to be a VERY DISHONEST Business .. is this how a normal business would treat a customer??? NO, it’s not .. there was obviously no meeting of the minds in this transaction, and I would NEVER have signed this had I been told it would roll over into a permanent and ongoing charge, that I had to physically cancel in writing.. It is pretty apparent to me, that this is a very DISHONEST business. Even when telling her to cancel my account by phone, she REFUSED… This is nothing but BAIT and SWITCH tactics from a very unscrupulous business..
