Critical: Professionalism, ValueWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!When I came in and told them what I needed done she said “ok”. Didn’t bother to tell me how long the wait was or have a seat we will be right with you….nothing. After about 10 minutes she pointed to a chair so I sat down. I told her I just wanted the nails I had on removed and to save my nails underneathe. She was very aggressive in saying you want gel? I was like no, Just remove these. I could tell she wasn’t happy about the fact I wasnt getting a full set. Then she throws the sample nail colors at me to look at. I didn’t want my nails painted but obviously if I didn’t she would be even worse. Might I add she never made eye contact or spoke to me the entire time. She was on the phone my whole time there. When she checked me out after I paid she handed me a receipt and before I could even get it she turned around and walked off…no thank you, no goodbye…nothing. The worst customer service I’ve ever received. There are way too many salons to choose from for them to be so nasty. Flat out rude. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know. They need to work on their customer service and appreciate their customers that keep them in business!!!!!! Most owners who care about their customers respond to reviews. Good and bad. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!When I came in and told them what I needed done she said “ok”. Didn’t bother to tell me how long the wait was or have a seat we will be right with you….nothing. However, the customer service definitely isn’t there and they do not value their customers. There are several times that I have waited for a service and have been ignored. On my last visit I came inside and for over 30 minutes and no one acknowledged me or asked what service I wanted performed. After waiting for almost a hour I called and asked if I could schedule to come back in about a hour (since I was already waiting, being ignored and in line with 3 people in front of me). The lady told me no and recommended I come the next day. I had already waited for an hour without being acknowledged, then I was asked to come back the next day with it being two hours until closing. The only thing I wanted was a polish change. That’s very inconsiderate. The owner of Golden Nails is very rude and has HORRIBLE customer service so I will be going elsewhere to get my nails done from now on because my money definitely isn’t valued there.If you do decide to go there I recommend Tee of Henry. They both are AMAZING. However I don’t care for the manager. Golden Nails was once a go to for me and I have spent several dollars getting my nails and toes done there. However, the customer service definitely isn’t there and they do not value their customers. There are several times that I have waited for a service and have been ignored. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Qualityworst place I’ve been too. I normally go to regional nail at Walmart in mount Dora. I tried this place with my mom. My nails normally last 3 weeks when I go to regional nail no breaks, nothing. I go here pay $40 for service not including tip. I was very pleased with my nails before leaving. However my nails last 8 days! I’m livid. I came in April 2nd my pointer finger nail was already broken (same one that broke after 8 days). I got called into work and couldn’t come in Friday when I had called to come in to have them fix. When I called and asked to come in the lady on the phone stated, “come in anytime, but not right now” I call back on the 11th Tuesday to come in at 5. I explained what happened telling me on the phone they’ll fix it after being rude yet again. I still come in, I ask the lady about it and she tells me $4 says “it’s normal for that to happen” any other nail solan I’ve been to my nails would’ve lasted a week. I come here it’s been 8 days one falls off and others are coming up.My moms nails have lasted if you do go here seen HENRY only one I would recommend.The lady in the back on the left side. I go here pay $40 for service not including tip. I was very pleased with my nails before leaving. However my nails last 8 days! I’m livid.
