I said I didn’t want the clouds anymore or the hearts, just the acrylic powder colors, and he peer pressured me into paying more money for it, saying it’d look ugly without it and blah blah. As well as horrible filing job. Horrible would not go again.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe wait was forever, they stuck me in a chair and forgot about me. A female employee sat in front of me and clipped her nails, filled out papers and then got up. When I was finally seen by a male employee, he didn’t take off my previous acrylics like I asked. He was annoyed and said it was fine. My old nails are dark blue and I wanted light pink. You can imagine how it went. My nails look awful. Waste of my $50. Better customer service and quality is needed. I can’t see how this is so highly rated.Update: I called and Jason was really nice, but I’m still not sure I want to let them fix it. My nails chipped in less than a day, not really surprised.Update 2: I went in today and Jayson was super helpful and great. He took the nails off, gave me a refund, and even did my natural nails nice with clear coat gel. At the end he even gave me $20 for my kids to get a toy. It surprised me and touched my heart.
