Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityHave been using this location due to the pricing it’s very reasonable but at the same time the level of cleanliness is lacking. I have used dip powder for a very long time never had issues but lately the past month every time I get my dip powder at this location the topcoat is peeling off right after I leave the place. Have been using this location due to the pricing it’s very reasonable but at the same time the level of cleanliness is lacking. I have used dip powder for a very long time never had issues but lately the past month every time I get my dip powder at this location the topcoat is peeling off right after I leave the place. I have been back twice to get it corrected yet they failed to do so.

I am usually happy with the service not this time. The woman who did my pedicure usually doesn’t do my nails she did this time and I will never let here touch my nails again they came out horrible. I get powder gel and she just didn’t do a good job there was stuff under my nails from her soaking off my old set so I asked could she get that out for me and in the process she cut my finger!! She kept hurting me with the motorized nail filer and was getting an attitude when I pulled away sorry natural reaction when your hurting me. I left there with 3 of my fingers hurting. And one of my nails broke because she didn’t put enough powder gel on it so it would be strong. I will go back again just will not let her do my nails don’t know her name she was short older woman. Picture is what my nail looked like 2 days after having them done

Critical: Professionalism, ValueTwo of the women were rude. The one that serviced me cut my finger with the drill being ruff so my finger bleed. Then I had a friend with me and they told her she has long big feet while she was getting a pedicure. Very rude and funny acting to customers.
