Cindy and Trish were the best, which is why I’ve been going to them for years. Now that they are gone, I decided to give one of the new ladies a chance (with hesitation). I am very disappointed! My eyebrows look the same as they did before the service. I will not be returning. Waxing

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityIve been there 4 times and last Thursday was the 4th time I came in for a fill in I came in about 3:30 and waited about 20-30 minutes to get into a chair it took 15min to get started on my nails mind you the place was not busy just short staffed once Jennifer started my nails another lady came in wanted Jennifer to do her nails so Jennifer literally stopped working on my nails to tend to that lady someone else picked up where she left off the job was already done by the time Jennifer got back to me I still tipped Jennifer even though it was after 5pm when I got out of there not cool . I never received service and wasn’t greeted. There is no clear signage as to where to sit for customers waiting for service. Left after a couple came in, immediately greeted and directed to seating for a pedicure. Even after I told the person in charge that I had been waiting, the couple was started before I was. I left after waiting another 20 minutes.
