Today I went for a pedicure and refill. It was packed full of walk-ins but they got everyone started within the 5-7 minutes after arriving. I love my pedicure and my refill. The people there are supper nice and sweet and make sure to ask if you like the way the work is progressing or starting simple conversations to make you feel at ease. Definitely going back!!

My mother went here to get a manicure and pedicure. The quality of the manicure was AWFUL! For someone who naturally already has cleaned up cuticles and just needs a light clean up of hangnails more than anything her nails did not come out good at all. The paint job is bad, some nails don’t even look like a smooth oval shape around the cuticle area, it’s also too much of a gap from the cuticle area for it being a fresh paint. Her skin is all chopped up. Whoever did her nails needs to better educate themselves in the difference of cuticles and skin. She could have done a better job on her own. Now she’s going on vacation with nails she regrets getting done. $64 down the drain.

How I have my own jewelry business and I do live shows and people see my hands a lot and he just did an impeccable job! I have been coming here off and on for years and I am always so happy! Sadly they are hidden down by Macy’s which is gone now so don’t forget to look for them! They are there still!! They are super clean. You get your own bag with your file and buffer you take with you and bring again next time. They were soooo tentative to my newly diagnosed (autistic) son(got him a chair because he NEEDED to sit next to me). They were very helpful with everything super professional and friendly! Definitely going back for my fills regularly now! He also FREEHANDED my French manicure!! As usual, Golden Nails did not disappoint! They were quick but thorough and made sure I was happy with each step, even though I arrived close to closing time. I did not feel rushed at all. They have done a great job of following the state safety mandates and I felt 100% protected. They obviously take their customers’ health very seriously. One more reason for me to love this place! I am always happy when I leave this salon! After the COVID shut down, I was even MORE anxious to get a perfect set of nails. As usual, Golden Nails did not disappoint! They were quick but thorough and made sure I was happy with each step, even though I arrived close to closing time. I did not feel rushed at all.
