I’ve been going to this nail salon since 2016 and I recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nail salon in Greenville!! they have a big selection of different colors and are very friendly people! the prices are extremely affordable, me and my sister only paid $30 for both of us to get our hands and toes painted, and they turned out great. they recently moved to a new location and it’s super nice! had a great experience today:))

I have been getting my nails done for years as well as doing them myself and I havent been so disappointed with my nails in a long time. To start off the receptionist is awful, rude, sarcastic, and dismissive to customers but is very sweet to their coworkers. They used the same tool on multiple people. They don’t clean or switch anything out. There were still bits of nails from the last client at the table. They also left the same wet towel down that was used on the last client. I had to ask for a new one. These tools are required to be cleaned properly for the health and safety of customers it’s sad to see a salon that doesn’t care about the well being of their own clients. I asked for all black nails the tech put brown on me and when I brought it up I was told no, after more layers it’s black. Well they eventually realized it’s brown and wont be “turning black”. So they put 1 layer of black over it, it looks brown I can still see the brown. Everyone I ask says it’s brown, it should have been fixed after he noticed instead he just went over it one time. Once completed they didn’t put cuticle oil on my nails nor did they fix my edges. Lastly, by the time I got home I noticed I had little divots on my nails this means my nails were never fully dried, largely due to the multiple layers of brown that were packed on. My nails have been catching on my clothes, blankets, and scratching my skin because they didn’t use a file to take care of the rough edges and ridges. I had to file them down and fix them myself. I assumed it was the best salon in town by the reviews and pictures, I was wrong to assume. I am paying for this service…..please dont make it a waste of my time, money, and a potential trip to a dermatologist.

At different times I have had a pedicure at Golden Nails. Ti and Tammy did a great job. They were both very gentle. I love their massage chair, hot water, yummy smelling orange scrub, the use of alcohol afterwards, and a good price $25 – plus a kind and generous tip! Johnnie and Lee put tips on for a French manicure which turned out beautifully, and they also do use powdered gel for a lovely manicure.
