I won’t be going back! I went to get gel nail polish removed. She didn’t remove it correctly and used the filling tool that spins to remove it all so now my nails are all scratched up and one is red and hurts when you touch/bump it because I think it got filed sooo much. Also, it was really uncomfortable when she trimmed/filled my nails very agressively. I was scared she was going to cut my finger or break one of my nails. Not a pleasant experience.

I stopped going to Golden Nails . . . . but I couldn’t remember why? One day before my vacation my new place Hot Nails had a wait list of one hour. I decided to go back to Golden Nails. Now I remember . . . . they don’t use cuticle remover, nor do they place any type of treatment to the spa water. The oldest sister who is the owner did my new full acrylic set. My nails looked like stubs on a manikin, she never once asked if I liked them. walked away. I was so upset with myself for waiting until the last minute I paid and ran out. Oh and at one point the owner wanted to charge me 2.00 for testing a color. Clearly they nickle and dime their clients. I brought my own polish, they don’t use cuticle remover said it wasn’t necessary? How much cheaper can they be. Golden? obviously they do not know the definition of “Golden”.

Went to get my nails done and the lady says 10 min. They had me waiting 20 min before they offered me a spa chair. They didnt fill the water so my feet could soak. They kept telling me 10 min. I finally just left and went to Lovely Nails. They are professional and courteous at Lovely Nails.

I’m normally come here and I’m an easy customer, I only get pedicures maybe once a month… but when I do I expect warm water and for my feet to soak a bit, it makes my cuticles easy to remove. I also want toe nails cut and filed and smoothed over for a nice finished polished look. I didn’t get that this time. It was the complete opposite. It was awful. I think this is my last time I’ll be coming here.

I have really grown to like this place again! I have pretty much been coming here since i was about 14 yrs old. Everyone of the ladies here are nice and they do a really good job! The only thing is the wait sometimes. They get so busy but thats also how you know they are a good place to go!
