Pros: You can’t beat the prices. Jessie was great, she made me feel comfortable and we had lots of laughs. They serve complimentary drinks, even alcohol. I always make an appointment but I’ve never heard them turn away walk ins. Some reviewers complain about their nails chipping right away but remember some people’s nails are naturally oily and water is not your friend.

I love Golden nails. I go for pedicures, they are wonderful worth every penny. Everyone there is so nice.

Sandy did my lashes today and I am super happy! I was greeted when coming in and everyone was really nice. I sat down and was immediately asked if I wanted something to drink. I didn’t have to wait long and I will definitely return. Very good service. Facial treatments

We were walk-ins and they were busy. We asked if they had time to do a pedicure. They said yes and sent us to the pedicure chairs. We waited one hour for them to start our pedicures. They should have told us that the wait would be long. The ladies were rude, argumentative and insulting. Our pedicures looked nice in the end, but the experience wasn’t at all professional, relaxing or enjoyable. We will certainly never be going there again. I’ll spend my money at a place that, at the very least, has nice employees that don’t behave as though they are doing YOU a favor by doing your nails. They have forgotten that it’s the customer that is doing THEM a favor by coming there. They forget that they aren’t the only nail shop in town.

First time I went she gave me the color that she wanted and didn’t do dip because she said acrylic would be better. Mind you, she did a great job. Just chose her own color for me. Second time I went, different lady, it was terrible. The nails are all different shapes and not even. I see good reviews for their lashes. Maybe the only consistent thing they do right at their shop. Who knows?

I made two pedicure appointments and we arrived 5 min before our appt time. We were seated but then ignored for 30 min. Finally they started on just one of us but they didn’t have someone to work on me until 45 min after we had arrived. So basically don’t bother making an appointment if you come here. They only seem to care about filling up chairs with customers. And I felt like the guy who eventually did my pedicure was a little rough and rushed through it. On the plus side, it was nice being served a complimentary drink. Too bad i finished it a full 30 min before they came over to finally start helping me.

I’m so disappointed with my whole experience at this salon. But most of all that my hand and feet look awful. From sitting for 45 minutes, feet in water, before a tech finally began my pedicure to it taking over half an hour for the tech to make an attempt at removing previous dip nails, to enduring a management problem wherein all of us customers endured a very serious sounding and loud chewing out of the techs, that lasted a full 10 minutes, to the end results: a TERRIBLE manicure and pedicure. Terrible in the final look. Terrible in the experience. $85 for 3.5 hours total of just a terrible experience. And I’ve no time to have my nails redone before an event tomorrow. After going out into the sunlight where I could see that my French mani was smeared and full of random flecks of glitter, and that my toes look just awful, I returned and spoke with the tech. She dismissed me entirely with saying she guessed the brush had some glitter on it. No apology. Nothing done to make it right. Even argued that my cuticles weren’t flooded with polish. I hadn’t returned to argue. I left. But I will never again be back to Golden Nails salon. (By the way, my toenails were actually longer than I like when I arrived. Now cut to the quick in a couple places. I get my nails done regularly, and have for several years. By far this was my worst experience of any salon. On this particular occasion, I was a walk-in, on a Saturday, so I know things will be hectic. But this was completely unacceptable.) And I could also go on about unsanitary practices, both with the pedi and mani, but unsanitary seems to be typical in our area.

Went to get pedicures and they were not very welcoming towards me and my boyfriend. The lady doing my boyfriend’s pedicure was very rough during the process and rude and they were talking about us the whole time and laughing. When she got done painting my toes, she messed up the polish and tried to fix it but made it worse. When we were done she rushed us out of the chairs. Not worth the $80 at all.
