I have been going to this establishment for approximately 10 years, which speaks to the incredible service(s) provided. The owners, Tom & Tina, make it their top priority to put the customer first…something that is rare in today’s society. Tom’s commitment to detail begin with his attention to scheduling appointments and providing services for walk-ins,… if and only if a technician(s) is available or if a walk-in chooses he/she/they can return at a time when a technician(s) will be available or he/she/they can make an appointment. Tom’s patience, integrity and honesty are foremost when it comes to every detail in his work. Golden Nails offers a satisfactory range of services in a clean and comfortable environment. I cannot imagine going anywhere else. This is the only place I will go to have a manicure and pedicure!!!! Golden Nails is EXCEPTIONALLY clean, they do EXCELLENT WORK, and they are always WONDERFUL to their customers! I’ve been going for 3 years with no issues until now. Tom, the manager was obviously having a bad day as he painted my nails the wrong color. After I informed him it was wrong he told me I was being picky. He wanted to just add the right color polish but over the wrong color and I wasn’t having it. He started speaking in Vietnamese language to the other employees. He probably was saying awful things that he dare not say in English. He was so upset that he had to redo my nails. Why would anyone want the wrong color nail polish put on??!! After he finished I was pleased but he had the nerve to still be upset with me for his mistake. He then informed me he would not take another appointment from me!!! Unbelievable that he’s the one upset because he made a mistake that I was willing to overlook after he corrected it. The audacity of him is infuriating!! I would not recommend Golden Nails!!!!! The unprofessionalism of speaking another language while doing American clients nails is absolutely appalling. Don’t waste your time where you are not appreciated!!

I had a pedicure with an older gentlemen who cut my toe and was bleeding for a few minutes and didn’t acknowledge at all that it happened. When I notified the owners later they just said thanks for letting us know. I understand accidents happen but felt the situation could have been handled differently. Have been there a few times before and will not be going back.
