I was excited to visit as I received a recommendation from a friend and I was not disappointed. Matthew was very sweet & did a premium spa pedicure for me, and I got my acrylics filled by another worker with gel polish. They both did an amazing job! Looking forward to my next appointment with Michael as he will be my go to. 🙂

The worst pedicure experience ever!!! I have called them to schedule an appointment but was told to just walk in. Which I did. They set me up in a tub and I set there for 30 min waiting for somebody to finally to show up and start working on my feet. Then they did such a crappyjob that two of the gel nails came off the very next day. I came back to get it fixed but they used a wrong color and told me that it was OK. Really??? Disrespectful, irresponsible and just nasty place. Do not go!

The pedicure was the worst I’ve ever received. The boy that did mine did not seem trained or licensed as he used a nail buffer to buff the BOTTOM of my feet. In my 30 plus years I’ve never seen this. When asked why he stated that they do not have the proper tools for pedicures, a grater only, which I’m not even sure if they’re allowed to use any longer. The prices are posted at the door but the scamming staff will quote you far more so check first. Its unfortunate because The owner is great but her staff are horrible. Extremely loud, unprofessional and seem to go out of their way to create a chaotic environment, yelling from one side of the room to the other ; if you’re looking for a calming salon experience , worth the money you’ll spend, keep looking.

The level of service at Golden Nails is not what it was a few years ago. My last few pedicures, including the most recent with two friends was horrible. The technician was adamant that we use gel, which we all declined. He was very annoyed we wanted simple polish. The pedi itself was a max of 10 min with very little attention to detail or care to the finished product. Very overpriced for the delivered service. Disappointed long time local customer.

This is the most rushed, worst manicure I’ve ever received. I called ahead an hour before to see if they had time because I didn’t want to be rushed. But then, exactly that happened. I came in with very long nails and asked for all of my nails to be the same as the pointer finger in this image. She clipped them all down to basically stubs while leaving the one nail above the top of my finger. While trying to rush through, she didn’t let the second layer of polish dry under the lamp before doing a top coat, and when I tried to tell her, she just yelled over me so she could talk to another person. I even tried to tell her after she was done talking, but she just ignored me and told me I was wrong. Then she asked if I wanted the wax, to which I said sure, and when I came around the corner from dipping my own hands, she was picking up my purse to move me out of her spot and put someone else there. Even though there were empty seats on both sides. Finally, the actual polishing was so rough, I’ve had to pick it off of my skin as she painted my fingers in a rush, and had to file half of my nails because they had sharp edge points in the middle or were just flat out crooked.

We had appts on Saturday. It started off great! But went down hill shortly after. The owner and the individual manning the front desk would bicker back and forth. The owner made some rude comments to one of the employees. Pedicures felt rushed, and 4 of the 6 had issues with what they had down whether it be lack of detailed pedicure, bubbles in polish, what have you. Me personally, little attention paid to my cuticles, and the technician put so much acetone to stretch my polish and almost all nails have bubbles. I even said at one point I would switch colors and she just kept going. Another group that had appts left after not getting service for 30 minutes. Once that occurred, the owner and front desk individual amped up their bickering and blaming and it continued for the duration of our service.

I just left there and my pedi was amazing! The lady took her time and was well worth every penny. But the mani was horrible and rushed. My mani took all of 15 minutes and cost me $35. She did not trim my cuticles well at all. I had two different ladies so I had to tip 2 different people. Not happy will not go back because of that!
