Not my usual nail salon but I was given a gift certificate, so I used it for a full set. I am completely disappointed! The nails are bumpy, misshaped and flat. Went in to have shellac on my nails, these are supppsed to hold up right!!Not here my nails chipped a few days after. The machine that is supposed to cure the nails barely worked. The lady went back to get another, in which this one barely worked. Never again!!! Not my normal salon. That’s why it’s best to stick with what you know

Friendly, fast service, got in instantly while most other nail shops were booked. Did a great job with my nails, they looked great, massage was great, massage chairs worked great, only thing i will say is the technique the nail tech used to take off gel polish really hurt my toenails, i had to ask her to stop twice.

I had a set of acrylics done. I really loved them and the lady was so nice. Broke a nail the day after. Wasn’t too worried because I do work a rough job. I went for a fill 2 weeks later. My appt was on Thursday by Saturday all my tips had snapped off and I wasnt at work this time. 🙁 I wont be going back. I paid too much money to have nothing to show for it now. I was really disappointed but the awesome customer service made it not so bad. I understand things happen and product is faulty sometimes but I won’t spend money here again.

My first time visiting this salon and I have nothing but great things to say. Great service and the nail tech was wonderful at helping me pick a color and shape for my acrylic. She talked me into shelac and it was worth it. Quality work for a super affordable price. I will be making this my new nail spot on Lansing.
