Golden Nails

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMy last visit was the final straw for me. I’ve given this salon chance after chance, after chance… they disappoint me every single time. I kept going because of convenience and I always settled for something I didn’t intend to get when I first walked in. They are super basic (paint/dip powder) only. They are not capable of doing simple designs or they are just too lazy to do them. I asked for a simple line swirl design and they couldn’t do that, the lines are blah and she thought it looked good, after switching the colors that I originally wanted. The quality does NOT match their prices. They always rush and this time, the lady was rushing she cut my finger and only said “sorry” as if it was not a big deal and I had to remind her not to file so hard several times after she cut me. My last visit was the final straw for me. I’ve given this salon chance after chance, after chance… they disappoint me every single time. I kept going because of convenience and I always settled for something I didn’t intend to get when I first walked in. They are super basic (paint/dip powder) only. They are not capable of doing simple designs or they are just too lazy to do them. Critical: QualityHorrible ! The guy rushed through my nails and slapped the diamonds on .. my diamonds are crooked ..he didn’t take his time.. very disappointed. I was wondering why they were not busy when I walked in .. nail salons on Saturdays are usually packed! Please do not go to this salon if you want good quality nails or service . Two customers in the salon and sign on the door that states walk in accepted. I walk in and ask for nails to be done and he tells me he only does appointments.
