My first visit with Golden Nails was glorious. My husband came with me to have a pedicure, and I did a pedicure and a gel manicure. Our salon artist was named Tam, and she treated us both with equal attention and care. She was incredibly thorough on important details, such as making sure your cuticles are not messy, or that the nail polish stays on your nails, not your finger tips, etc… She spent extra time on the massages, which was wonderful, (especially for my husband!), and used body cream, hot stones and hot towels. My goal was to create a rainbow of different colors, so I appreciated how patient Tam was while I took time to select several colors. She even helped find one that blended with the color palette I was hoping to achieve! Conversation was pleasant, the facility was clean and sparkling, and my nails looked incredible! Thank you for becoming my go-to in Braintree. I used to drive 45 minutes out of my way to another town where I had been getting my nails done for years, but only because I hadn’t found anything close to home that was good. Golden Nails is the spot. Please come and see for yourself!

If I can give 0 stars, I would. The owner of this place Minh Hieu Tran is having affair with my husband. Shamelessly wrecking other people’s home and introducing my husband as her boyfriend to her friends and family. Ladies, when you are going to the salon, please leave your husbands/boyfriends at home, or else you’re next!

1st time going here and the service is amazing, nice place clean and they but the “bags” on the basin of the chairs so theres no feet cross contamination. I love the attention to detail and the hot stone massage was everything! Definitely will ne going back. People are super nice and not yelling at you like some other places I’ve been to.

Went in with an appointment today and I loved the service and I love my nails. Got an acrylic fill with shellac. Even though they were short staffed they called in someone and I was seen within 10 mins of my appointment time. My sister was there as well and she got a pedicure. She was also happy with her service. Very attentive technicians and staff! We will be back.
