Beware! I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years at various nail salons throughout Massachusetts and I have never gotten an infection from dirty tools and sloppy procedures, until now, at Golden Nails.

Would not recommend this place. Went there to get 1 nail fixed and they were rude when I walked in to ask, “We too busy, come back another day” is what I got. And every time I go there, they can never take you even if you make an appointment you have to wait. They are rude and not friendly at all. They never smile, and they don’t make you feel welcome. Not good in my book…..

I did my original nails with dip powder and did not last a week, please take note as well a couple hours after doing my nails the dip began to crack in several pieces on my nails!. Poor Work! Manicure

They told me they had time let me wait 30 minutes then they took me for a pedicure left me with my feet in the water for 45 minutes and then the owner I think wiped my feet and told they were busy to come back another time .. I was really upset I own a business too if I don’t have time I tell people I’m busy I don’t let them stay and they tell go home very unprofessional and rude I will never come back !!!

really good, staff is super friendly but it isnt the cleanest! You can see nail clippings on the floor and idek if they wash their tools inbetween uses of people! The nail techs are also aggressive with the nails and my cuticles have bled before. They are still so nice, affordable and my nails always leave looking beautiful! I go every month i need my nails filled and they do last about 4 weeks before falling off, i ussually wait 5-6 weeks before returning. Despite its faults, i would still recommend!

Gotten my nails done. A few days later they chipped. Contacted them and they fixed them free of charge. 2 days later and they are chipping again. You pay so much money to get them done and they won’t last. I’ve had the same thing done and it lasted over 4 weeks. Couldn’t even get this to last a week. Not satisfied I won’t be going back. Went there years ago and stopped. Now I know why.

I usually do a walk in and seem to get the same women. Three times she has caused some sort of injury to my toes. Example, cutting the nails so short that they hurt, actually cutting skin on the side of my toe. I will never go back there. And I don’t know if it’s the going rate of $27 for a pedicure but, I find that rather expensive.
