EVERY time you walk in for something as simple as a basic pedicure they’re “too busy”, it could be 10am or 4pm and they “don’t have enough time” been there to try them out three times because the reviews were good. EVERY time it was “sorry we can’t” so I will NEVER be back after trying to go and support but this happening all 3 times is weird and not my vibe so I’ll pass.

They did a really good job but I have to say $60 for a fill with gel polish is crazy expensive. It’s only $25-30 in Florida…maybe it’s a Tennessee thing but definitely watch the prices.

I have now used their services about 6 times and I can say without a doubt each nail technician is great. Every time I come in with a design inspiration they are able to achieve it or make it even better. They are consistent in work and they stick to appt times. They are extremely friendly and I love chatting with them. I would highly recommend them. They take walk-ins but I would recommend an appt because they do get busy. Also join their “club” to receive random discounts, collect points for discounts, and an awesome bday discount too.
