Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI was waiting for a long time just to not get helped by any nail tech in the morning. I was told that the issues found on my nails were my fault. Veronica and Tina were very rude. The workers were ignoring me and charged me double for nails that were coming off after two days. I came back every two days and went somewhere else they told me that the actinic was put over my cuticle this is why it was coming off. They are so rude and only know how to manicure and pedicure. I was waiting for a long time just to not get helped by any nail tech in the morning. I was told that the issues found on my nails were my fault. Veronica and Tina were very rude. The workers were ignoring me and charged me double for nails that were coming off after two days. This place is legit if you’re looking for a quick pedicure or manicure. The staff is nice, attentive, and respectful. They don’t try to pressure you into getting anything extra you do not need. If you want acrylics call ahead to reserve a spot they do get busy, but they are quick. The prices are decent $22 dollars for a spa pedicure and scrub not bad. The reason I gave them a 4 star is that they do need to upgrade the nail shop. It’s not trendy or elegant therefore a facelift will not hurt. Overall, I would go back if I’m in need of quick services.

Went because of the great reviews. I got a pedicure and the technician sat there cutting, digging, and pulling the skin from my big toe. She decided to give it break when I started bleeding all over the place (great choice), as she then dabbed it with a cotton ball and stuck it back in the tub. It’s been a few days and my toe is in a lot of pain and is very swollen. I will not be going back.
