It was definitely worth the drive. This was my first time here and it went great! Peter did my nails using Gel-X(new product). It’s a new version of nails – strong, thin and gives you the capability of doing fun designs. I’ve had them about a week and they look like a brand new set. Peter got the design right on the first try, but definitely checked to make sure I loved them throughout the process. Even better, you get to have 2 cocktails during your pampering.

I wanted to try a new place and from the looks of it the place looks nice and the staff are nice and welcoming as well. My pedicure went great! But when it came time for my nails the after math was bad, at first leaving the salon my nails were good and less than 24hrs my nails were already lifting I had went in two days later and had to have them fix my nails that had already popped off and now Im on a week of my nails supposed to be on and all my nails have popped off. I paid $75 dollars for basically press on nails. Also side note they were sooo thick it was crazy the photo below is a picture of my new nail that’s thin and my old nail that’s thick, my middle finger and pinky nail were replaced by someone else in the salon and the thick nails were done by the person in the beginning. Never again.

Great staff and amazing atmosphere. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was straight forward and honest and told me she couldn’t make it identical but could do the best she can. They came out amazing and I absolutely love the honesty. It’s a little pricey compared to other places around but definitely worth it!

Couldn’t be happier with this nail salon. The staff are all very skilled I love the atmosphere here even though they are crazy busy they still take your time and give you exactly what you ask for. I have been to so many salons in the Pflugerville/Austin area only to be disappointed time and time again but Golden nail lounge really delivered!
