This was mine and my fiancés first time here and we both got pedicures and I got a full set, it was very busy when we went in but it wasn’t to long of a wait, but my tech for my pedicure was quiet but she did a good job and my fiancé loved his pedicure, my nails came out pretty good but wished she had put one more coat of polish on and I noticed she didn’t cap them on the ends with polish and it looks patchy too, I wish I would have said something but they were really busy too.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m new to the area and my first time going was as a walk in on a Sunday. If you know anything about nail salons, you know they were BUSY!!! There were about 4 people ahead of me yet they seated us all at the same time and made it a point to let us know they would be with us shortly(and in the correct order might I add) . Everyone was extremely courteous and friendly. Everyone wore masks (still covid season) and there was a safe distance between work stations and clients. The pedicure was absolute heaven!!! The gentleman who did my feet was gentle and took care to make sure that I was ok and he wasn’t harming me. When it came time for my nails I told the woman to do what she wanted with my accent finger and I was NOT disappointed!!!! She also did my eyebrows (which I’m super particular about) and they are flawless as well! I’m new to the area and my first time going was as a walk in on a Sunday. If you know anything about nail salons, you know they were BUSY!!! After I had her redo a few of my nails a couple times they finally turned out pretty decent. My biggest complaint was that I asked on the phone for a manicure + sns, and I reminded them in person and also when I sat down. She said oh you do not need one. I will clean that skin up for you. Which she did with a drill but not how i wanted it done and it was after she dipped them. She said after I kept bringing it up about I wanted a manicure well I was afraid I would cut you and then having to do sns on that finger. I’m sitting here like I’m glad you already know you would cut me – normally you would think that I’m asking to spend more money at their establishment they would allow that. I only came bc my friend had a good experience last time. I brought her and her daughter. The daughter had a good experience but my friend did not. She said, that a couple of her nails were rough and she was pretty sure the lady cussed her out when she asked her to fix one. Do not recommend just based off communication and customer satisfaction.

This was my first time getting my nails done at their location. I did not have to wait long at all, the lady who did my nails was friendly and personable. They look extremely great. She even gave me a hand massage. I will come back for sure.

Do not come here. wish I could give it 0 stars. Absolutely horrible experience.complete rushed job. $47 for a 20 minute pedicure? Ridiculous. My usual pedicures last anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour. Massaged for 5 minutes and the rest spent on painting my toes. Waste of money, I should of just went to my normal place but didn’t want to make the drive so figured I would come here since it’s closer to my house. Nope, next time I’ll be making the drive. The way prices are these days, I at least expect a full service job. Money thrown down the drain. Radiance nail spa in kernersville is the best. $2 cheaper, full service. Don’t give this place your money

Clean salon & great color selection.Sareena always does a great job with my gel services. She’s quick, friendly and professional. The polish always looks shiny and never chips even after being on for over 4 weeks!
