Golden Nail

Critical: ProfessionalismI used to really enjoy going to this place. Always was able to get in, prices were ok and it’s quiet in there. Sometimes I like going to get my nails done and relax not music blasting and feeling overwhelmed. But the last couple times I went I left very disappointed. I decided to try somthing new. Did dip powder. It took a long time because the powder wasn’t curing or drying properly and it had to be taken off and redone in the middle of it. My hands were drier and burning by the time I was done. My pinky was bleeding and the dip is so thick it looks awful compared to the no chip I’m used to. I told them how bad I thought it looked and they basically said well next time dont do dip? But they’re are the ones who convinced me to try it in the first place. So much thick top coat over thick dip powder it looks terrible and it’s not even 24 hours later and it’s all chipping off! $50??!!! For this?! I won’t be coming back unless they offer me a full refund. I referred this place to so many people but unfortunately if this is what I’m stuck with for the holidays, I wont be recommending them anymore. Too bad. I really used to like this place. Admit that this looks bad and tell me you’re sorry! I’m so unhappy. Offer me somthing to make it right. That’s how you provide good customer service, you can’t look at this and say they look good!
