Told the hair stylist multiple times I wanted a TRIM and showed them 1-2 inches with my fingers. The stylist proceeded to cut 8+ inches off my hair and wouldn’t show me how much was being cut when I asked! I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and the owner of the salon, who usually cuts my hair, witnessed it all and didn’t say or do anything. I was charged regardless and no one tried to make it right (granted how could you? The hair is gone.)

I have tried many salons and so far this is the best salon. I have been going to this salon since 2017. I normally don’t give review (good or bad) unless something about the service or product is outstanding and this is one of the best hair salon in Flowery Branch. The staff are friendly and the price is great.

Worst hair cut and color ever. I went to have Color and cut done and when I left I had orange hair with yellow highlights. My hair was gap so bad that I’m not sure how anyone can fix it. I went back the next morning because she didn’t have time to fix it that afternoon it happen… and the owner added a toner that helped for about 2 days. Now I’m stuck with yellow hair and gap beyond any help. I’ve taken all my kids and myself to this place since I moved here 2 yrs ago. I get everyone has a bad day but you manged to gap my son and daughters hair up also. Then I realize they never sanitize the brush or combs. She just using the same one one everyone head. I will never return to this place of business… horrible way to do business.
