I had an appointment for pedi and acrylic fill. The pedi was done and they then left me sitting waiting for a full 40 minutes before anyone could do my mani. Did I mention I made an appointment?? Will not be back Manicure

The nail tech took 3 phone calls booking other clients while doing my manicure and tried to manage the salon plus other peoples appointments. Then I was rushed to pedicure chair where she wanted to continue my manicure. I declined the manicure because I treat myself to manicure/pedicure once in a while and expect a really attentive professional & relaxing experience. I don’t think it’s relaxing having someone over you as you sit in the pedicure chair.

I had a wonderful experience. The salon is clean, attractive and the staff is excellent at the work. Claudia provided a superb pedicure (the absolute best) and Joselin gave me the best manicure that I’ve had in years. The salon is pricey, but quality is not cheap and you get what you pay for. Yes . . . Inflation is here, but at the Golden Flower, so is the quality service provided by the young women. My new salon.

Stopped in here, a place unknown to me, because I had an hour to kill and needed an gel manicure. EXPENSIVE, but the BEST gel manicure I’ve ever had. It’s now three weeks later and still looking great!

I got a full body massage they say to make sure you come on time even if parking isn’t easy but yet I had to wait ten mins to start, and the lady did not seem to know how to really massage at all it was horrible I had a massage here once and I always intended on coming back because the man did a excellent job but this time I still left in so much pain I wanted to take away

The work is awesome. Salon is clean. I just caution you to ask up front about everything you plan to do so you know the cost. They nickle and dime you whenever they feel is necessary. Today they charged me $5 extra bc I put 1 layer of glitter on all my nails. Had I known it was extra, maybe I wouldn’t have done it. They’ve been know to charge whatever they want even tho there is a price list.

Today was my first time and I was amazed. The place is very clean. The people that work there are very nice. The music is peaceful. First time I ever felt relaxed. I was surprised I was able to get hot green tea too drink. The complementary massage was nice. Which I am planning to come back for a massage. It might be pricey but I can understand with the amazing service and atmosphere Definitely will come back.
