It was my first time and I really liked my experience. I usually don’t get my nails done often and when I do, I don’t usually opt for designs. My nail tech (I believe her name is Suzan) was so patient and did a good job. The establishment was clean and friendly and they’re definitely always busy — which is a good sign. Better luck getting in with appointments!

I went for a pedicure/manicure today. It was quiet and while most salons up their game when they have time, this place couldn’t be bothered….too busy on their phones. While my nails look fine, I was provided with the bare minimum even after giving more than a 30% tip. No massage and they didn’t even care enough to unroll the bottoms of my pants and take the cotton out between my toes. For this price, I expect more and was really disappointed. I try to be nice and not demand too much but shame on me. This place used to pull out all of the stops but they are obviously burned out and don’t care anymore Next time I’ll go somewhere else that values my business.

DO NOT GO HERE. I am so disappointed with this place. I don’t even really know what to say. I guess all I can say is DO NOT GO HERE. I paid $180 for literally nothing I ask for and two hemorrhaging cuticles. I had to tell the technician to stop aggressively filing my nails WHILE I WAS BLEEDING. I don’t know how the NJ health department hasn’t shut this place down. Women get their nails done to relax not to get cut like it they’re in prison. Then the owner tries to hand me cash like I’m some kind of woman of the night. Gross. I want my money and my 1.5 hours back….finally. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
