This is usually my go to place but after my experience today I’m not so sure I’ll be returning. I scheduled an appointment for 4PM called when I arrived and was told that she would be right out to get me. 4:25 rolls around and I was still not being seen, i knocked on the door to her suite and was told she was just finishing up with her current client. I understand running behind but being 25 minutes late for a service that takes 10 minutes is ridiculous. If I had been notified prior that would have been fine or even if she would have told me when I called and was told she’d be right out instead of lied too when it seemed as though she knew how long the service she was doing would take. Torn because quality of threading is great but I don’t love my time being wasted. Don’t offer appointments if you can’t stick to them!

This is my go to spot – I have been coming here consistently for a few years now and don’t go anywhere else! Uma does an amazing job – she really takes the time to make sure the shape is perfect. She has really recreated my eyebrows since I have come here – before they were over plucked and quite uneven. Also, I know others love her too because of how many people can sometimes be waiting to be seen or how quickly her schedule fills up.

Uma is sweet but a little rough on handling your head when moving it around for threading. Threading is good but I would not recommend getting your eyebrows tinted here… mine came out really uneven from left to right, even thou I specifically asked to watch out for that and the eyebrow shape was really curved which did not look good.

Very nice place small but clean and tidy. Person doing my eyebrow was very nice and gentle, I didn’t feel any pain at all. wait time was very short I had a very pleasant experience coming here. I would recommend Golden Eyebrows threading to anyone. Also plenty of parking space. I am definitely coming back

I have been to many threading saloons, this is by far the best there is. Brand new place. Very clean. Renu did a great job with my brows. Will go back again and again. She also does henna tattos too.

I drove over twice from from Benicia at the time they claim they’re open and it was still closed and I waited for over an hour each time. I used to live in Albany so I went there a few times and the lady did a good job and finally I moved to Benicia after I’ve collected all my stars for free session and I remember very clearly that every time I asked for a stamp, she would say, no worries it’s all recorded but three months after my last session, I went to claim my free session and she would simply just refuse to do it for free. Seriously? And I drove all the way from Benicia. They’re loyalty program is a joke. And they text all the time too. I would never recommend this place.
