I had an appointment with Juan, and when I got there I was bait and switched to work with a guest artist name Ron. I had a Celtic arm band design that he didn’t measure to fit to my arm, and instead of connecting it all the way around, broke it off with a solid black bar. This is the first tattoo I’ve gotten in 10 years, and my second tattoo overall and I trusted him when he said this was the only way it could be done. The band doesn’t line up where they meet and it looks very sloppily done. I knew it was going to be very expensive, but I was willing to pay extra because I was told that Golden Eagle was one of the best places to go. So unfortunately, I paid a lot of money for something that didn’t even turn out good. So I’m going to a specialist that will cover their mistake with a “tree of life.”

Really great experience! I took my daughter in for her first tat. Justin Sakamoto took our reference pic and made it special! It’s not usual to be able to have that kind of rapport with an artist you just met. He has great hands and his skill is evident in his line work. Highly recommend stopping in here and making an appointment.

Critical: ProfessionalismI got my first tattoo here a year ago, and quite frankly, the artist was mediocre, my experience was mediocre. Never going back.I walked by a couple days ago and noticed that the piercing shop was closed so I was going to ask a question in the tattoo parlor about the appointment system, and the employees just kept telling me that it’s a separate business and were completely unhelpful. It was quite frustrating because no one could even answer a simple question about appointments and were completely rude and dismissive. The tattoo studio itself was fine, clean etc. My issue is with the tattoo itself- the lines are wobbly and uneven- fainter in places but not in others. My friend got a tattoo at the same time as me, and hers is the same problem, it looks like the ink has bled. We got them on different body parts so not entirely sure what the reason for this is. I’m just glad i didn’t get anything bigger- this can be fixed fairly easily, just not something i wanted to pay 80 dollars for. They get some great reviews on here (which is why i chose them) so still confused as to how our tattoos look so bad.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! They make me wait for 1 hour for a person that is fully book. I was there the day before and They lie telling me that she have time for me but that was a full waste of time! I’ll never come back and I don’t recommend it AT ALL! And when I ask if they can call her they didn’t have her phone number!!
